At YouAreSpecial.com™ we strive to deliver your order in the fastest, most efficient manner possible. Your shipping method and address, along with the type of item and its availability, determine the delivery time and cost.  Our policy on shipping costs is to pass on the actual cost for all orders.

Shipping within Canada:

Delivery Location Estimated Arrival Time (from date of shipment)
Ontario 5 Business Days
Outside Ontario 5 - 10 Business Days

Shipping to the United States:

Delivery Location Estimated Arrival Time (from date of shipment)
Eastern 5 - 10 Business Days
All Other Location 10 - 15 Business Days

Shipping to an International Address:

Shipping Method Estimated Arrival Time (from date of shipment)
Canada Post 10 Business Days - 3 months
UPS 5 Business Days

Note: all estimated arrival times for all shipping methods listed are based on the day of shipment (day 0) plus the number of business days required for preparing the order (generally 2 business days) and do not include weekends and statutory holidays.

Please note that a fee (either a minimum of $25 or the total of all shipping charges whichever is greater) will be applied if a shipment is refused or is not picked up before Canada Post's pick up end date.

 

YouAreSpecial.com™ and our suppliers stand firmly behind all of our products.  If any of the items you have purchased do not meet your expectations, you may return them (shipping prepaid) for a refund of the original purchase price.  Please read the following Returns and Return Procedure carefully.


Returns

Within 14 days of taking delivery of your order, you must notify us of the reason for your return so that we may issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

  1. Promotional discounts have no cash value and are not refundable.
  2. We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a return credit (i.e. confirming product damage).
  3. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipment of your order.
  4. All to-be returned items:
    • must be in the original packaging and be in resellable condition
    • must be returned shipping prepaid
    • must be accompanied by a receipt or packing slip
    • will be refunded in the form of a credit to the charge card number used in the original purchase; no cash refunds will be processed on web orders.
  5. The following items are not returnable:
    • electronic gift certificates
    • memberships
    • video
    • fee(s) for special events
  6. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned item(s), in the amount equal to the value of the product(s) and any applicable taxes.
  7. Returns are not accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
  8. YouAreSpecial.com™ will refund the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
  9. We cannot accept the return of any items more than 14 days past delivery.


LIMITED WARRANTY - EXCEPT FOR THIS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY, FAITIEN INC. MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR CONDITION RESPECTING ANY PRODUCT, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE AND ANY SUCH WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR CONDITION IS EXCLUDED. FAITIEN INC.'S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO RETURN AND REFUND AS STATED ABOVE AND IN OUR RETURN POLICY.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - IN NO EVENT WILL FAITIEN INC. BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSSES, INJURY, COSTS OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE RELATED TO ANY PRODUCT. FAITIEN INC.'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT PLUS CDN$5.00 SHIPPING CHARGES.


Return Procedure


You must notify us in advance (within 14 days of taking delivery of your order) that you would like to return a product, and the reason for your request.  You may notify us via mail, email, phone or fax.

After you have received a Return Merchandise Authorization number, package the goods in a protective cardboard box, for return shipment, along with the receipt or packing slip.

We'll notify you of your refund via email after we've received and processed the returned item(s).  You can expect a refund in the same form of payment that was originally used for the purchase usually within 7 to 14 business days of our receipt of your return.
